Standard Delivery

• All orders received between Mon - Fri before 1pm are normally processed and dispatched the same day*
• All orders received between Mon - Fri after 1pm & at the weekend (Sat & Sun) & on public holidays are normally processed and dispatched the next working day*

Although goods are usually received earlier, UK buyers please allow 5 working days from the date of dispatch for your goods to arrive.  Non UK Buyers please allow 10 working days from the date of dispatch for your goods to arrive..

UK Expediated Delivery

• Items ordered before 1pm on a working day will be sent same day and will reach you by the next working day and will need a signature on receipt. 
• All orders received after 1pm and at weekends and public holidays will be sent the next working day and thus received on the next working day after that. eg If an item is ordered expediated on a Sunday, then this will be sent out on Monday and received on the Tuesday.

All other regions please see the below delivery rates. There is a one off charge per shipment, so you can buy as many items as you like and pay just the one delivery charge - so the more you buy the more you save!

 Returns

At Cygnet Gifts we want you to be able to buy with confidence and be happy with both our products and our service.  Thats why every item comes with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If  you are not happy with any product that you buy from Cygnet Gifts simply return it to us in its original packaging within 21 days for a refund** or exchange.  We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days. Your cancellation must be sent in writing to Cygnet Gifts by either post or e-mail. Any cancelled goods must be returned to Cygnet Gifts also in their original packaging and unused.

Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us in writing (by either post or e-mail) within 3 days of receipt and must not have been used and will be refunded in full.

When returning goods we recommend that you send the item by trackable means as we are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned parcels.  Under no circumstances can refunds be made before the goods are received by us.
